“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we will ever do.”

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and if you’re anything like most people I work with, you might be feeling a mix of emotions—hopeful, uncertain, maybe even a little overwhelmed. That’s okay! You don’t have to figure it all out before you start.
I work with adults navigating life’s tougher seasons—grief, trauma, big transitions, or relationship problems. My approach is down-to-earth, practical, and tailored to you. That might mean you’d like faith brought into your counseling, or maybe not. Perhaps you have a preference for deeper work or you want more tools to navigate daily life. I do what I can to help make counseling fit your needs.
I draw from research-backed methods like trauma-informed care, emotionally focused therapy, attachment theory, and Gottman method, but more than anything, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can be real. No judgment, no pressure, just a place to sort through what you are going through and find a way forward that makes sense for you (or your relationship, if I’m working with a couple).
My counseling style is participative, warm, and friendly.

Associate Professional Counselor
Registered Dance/Movement Therapist
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, life transitions, or the ongoing tension between who they are and how they are currently living. My goal is to provide a steady, structured space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful, sustainable changes.
My approach is clinically grounded and focused on improving daily functioning, emotional regulation, and overall direction. Together, we identify patterns, build awareness, and develop practical tools that support greater stability and consistency in everyday life.
I draw from attachment-based, developmental, and nervous system-informed frameworks to help clients move out of cycles of overwhelm and into a more regulated and intentional way of living. I also incorporate elements of movement and body awareness when appropriate, offering a more integrated, whole-person approach to growth and healing.
For those who desire it, faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the counseling process, supporting alignment between beliefs, values, and daily living in a way that remains respectful and clinically appropriate.
My work is especially suited for adults who are ready to take an active role in their growth, build structure where it’s needed, and move toward a more grounded, aligned, and sustainable life.
